Our first Standout Talkshow - in English at Kungsholmens gymnasium

A couple of weeks ago we did our first Uppstickartalkshow - The Standout Talkshow in English at Kungsholmens gymnasium, the english section in Stockholm. The Standout Talkshow is part of the Climate Smart Future tour, organized by the city of Stockholm, which we at The Good Tribe facilitate. Guests, October 11 at Kungsholmens gymnasium were Peik Stenlund of Pamoja Cleantech (one of the most innovative student businesses in the world!), Caroline Strindmar, head of sustainable development at Hasseludden Yasuragi spa, and Simon Flato, founder of the student organization Sustainergies.

The Standout Talkshow hosts for the day were Sandra och Evelina, Rishu and Gayathri comprised the supporting crew. Big thanks to our Facebook editor of the day: Andrei!

A very important part of the Climate Smart Future days we run in eight schools in Stockholm during the autumn is the afternoon's vision workshops. In these workshops the pupils, based on the input on green jobs, a fossil fuel free Stockholm, and climate change, and their own knowledge and experience create news bulletins showing what a sustainable Stockholm will look like, and how it will function in 2050. Below you can see a few glimpses from the workshops.
